The popup box that appears in irfan view while deleting the file is acutally OS's Windows XP or Windows Vista's popup which you would have to disable.

Here's the steps. 


1. Right Click on Recycle Bin
2. Select Properties
3. Uncheck "Display Delete Confirmation Dialog"
4. click on apply
5. click on save

U are good to go.
